• ​​Monitor presentation rooms for workshops during the event,
  
• ​Help attendees and presenters with directions,
• Help answer questions in the from attendees,
• Help presenters set up their workshop,
• Facilitate conversation when needed,
• And help monitor time to keep the event on track.
