Sponsorship Opportunities

All Sponsors Will Be Recognized: Promote the Students and Yourselves!
Recognition will be given based on level of support.
The HPS Committee cannot do it alone! Please help us in informing the healthcare workers of tomorrow!

Advertising Aid

We’re looking to inform as many students as we can, and we cannot do it alone! We need sponsors with powerful advertising resources to help us spread the word to the right people! Some ideal sources include:

Local TV Channels and Media
Local Written Publications
Commercial Space
Website Ads and Redirects

Financial Sponsorship

Help provide the HPS Committee with the funds to aid in purchasing event space, food, beverages, supplies, etc.

Corporate Donation Levels
• $2500 and above: Full Page Advertisement, Logo on Welcome Banner, and Recognized as a “Main Event Sponsor”
• $1000: 1 Page Advertisement
• $500: ½ Page Advertisement
• $250: ¼ Page Advertisement

Advertisements will be located in the HPS Event Program (see below for dimensions).

Submission Dimensions (What We Need From You)
1 Page Advertisement: 7.50" by 9.00"
½ Page Advertisement: 7.50" by 4.50"
¼ Page Advertisement: 3.75" by 4.50"
⅛ Page Advertisement: 3.75" by 2.25"

Please submit as either JPEG, PNG, or SVG. Some things to consider about filetype: JPEG works best for photos/actual pictures. PNG and SVG are great for computer-generated graphics with solid, uniform colors (such as logos).

Program Dimensions (What You Will See)
1 Page Advertisement: 4.85" by 6.95"
½ Page Advertisement: 4.85" by 3.48"
¼ Page Advertisement: 2.43" by 3.48"
⅛ Page Advertisement: 2.43" by 1.74"

The final program will be 5.50" by 8.50" (width by height), and the dimensions listed above will be the actual size of sponsor ads in the program. The submission dimensions are different due to the method with which the program is created.

Individual Donation Levels
• $1000 and above: Platinum
• $500 - $999: Gold
• $250 - $499: Silver
• $249 or less: Bronze

Donors will be recognized by donation level in the HPS Event Program.
